MOSAIC Featured in Business NC

Chatham Park, MOSAIC and Northwood Landing were prominently featured in the “Community Close Up” section showcasing Chatham County in the November issue of Business North Carolina.

The article highlighted the exciting economic development projects happening in Chatham County—CTI Systems in Goldston, VinFast in Moncure, Innovative Construction Group and WolfSpeed at the Chatham-Siler Advanced Manufacturing (CAM) Site, and Mountaire Farms in Siler City.

Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) helps train the workforce needed for these enterprises to succeed. CCCC recently opened an Industry Skills Training Lab in its E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center in Pittsboro.

MOSAIC Developer Kirk Bradley said addressing workforce needs is essential to create a welcoming business environment, and “Chatham is getting its students career ready.” He also said Chatham County’s growth in tourism and MOSAIC’s recent opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites will accommodate Chatham’s growing visitor base.

“Come see it. It’s not your mother’s or father’s Chatham County,” said Bradley. “It’s a different place, and you should see it with your own eyes because it is different and even better than you think.”
