- a Tavolo Italian Eatery: Owners of Pittsboro favorites The Sycamore and 39 West Catering are bringing Italian fare to MOSAIC. Expect fresh pastas, pizzas and classic entrées alongside a full bar.
- First Horizon Bank: The regional financial institution plans to add a second Pittsboro location in the coming year.
- New View EyeCare: Schedule your next eye exam or find the perfect frames in the heart of MOSAIC. The practice expects to open in spring 2027.
- The Flying Biscuit Café: All-day breakfast and lunch offerings arrive in fall 2027. Enjoy innovative takes on pancakes and omelets alongside the regional chain’s famous fluffy biscuits and creamy cheese grits.
- Pecan Jacks Ice Cream · Candy Kitchen: The signature southern confection company is making its North Carolina debut in late summer. Stop in for ice cream, pralines, artisanal candies and alcohol-infused adult treats.
- Verizon: A new Verizon retail store is opening Q4 2026, providing convenient wireless sales and support for the growing community.
These new developments extend beyond MOSAIC. Neighboring Northwood Landing recently welcomed Chase Bank and Wells Family Dental Group, further expanding the range of services available nearby.
