Meredith Carlyle is a seasoned property manager, who started her career as a student housing leasing consultant while still a student at East Carolina University.
She’s excited to be managing The Guild at MOSAIC, where she loves the luxurious residential features, such as the stainless-steel appliances and the balconies with pretty views, as well as the fact that residents have MOSAIC amenities at their fingertips.
On any given day, one can find Meredith creating social media posts, organizing resident events, creating financial reports or working with vendors.
“I enjoy building The Guild’s online presence and its relationship with the community, plus hosting events such as holiday markets, but I’m already dreaming of warmer weather – think poolside music nights or movies on the event lawn.”
When Meredith’s not on the property, she’s likely to be coworking with friends at 79°West or dining at Mi Cancun in Pittsboro.
She appreciates MOSAIC’s tight-knit community and witnessing to its continued growth: “Seeing how close everyone is – I haven’t experienced this at other communities where I’ve worked. It’s been fun being a part of that.”
