Foundations Family Therapy Expands Services at MOSAIC

Foundations Family Therapy expands its team at MOSAIC at Chatham Park, delivering additional mental health services to the growing Pittsboro community. This summer, the practice welcomes two new providers who are accepting new clients.

In July, Taylor Burgard joined Foundations Family Therapy and will be accepting new clients. Taylor is an LCMHCA. She believes everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Taylor creates a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel safe exploring life’s challenges, reflecting on their experiences, and growing at their own pace. Open to meeting all client populations, she especially enjoys working with couples.

“I view therapy as a collaborative journey,” says Taylor. “My role is to walk beside clients with empathy, encouragement, and practical support as they move toward healing and lasting growth.”

Beginning in August, Emily Zaremba will join the Pittsboro team as a CMHC MA Student Intern. Emily helps clients build confidence, discover their strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. She has a special interest in working with middle and high school students as they develop emotionally, socially, and personally, while also welcoming clients of all ages.

“Thriving is what it looks like when you feel most authentically yourself,” Emily says. “You feel confident to face challenges, supported by people you trust, and empowered to keep growing.”

As Chatham County continues to grow, Foundations Family Therapy continues providing accessible, compassionate care for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. New client appointments are available both in person and through teletherapy services. Contact us to learn more.
