Eco Group
Eco Group is a local development group who has conceptualized and executed multiple commercial real estate projects in the western Triangle for the past 12 years, focused on encouraging economic development and promoting community growth
The most visible project is Westpoint at 751, a mixed-use community near Southpoint Mall in Durham. Westpoint is located on 17.5 acres near I-40 and consists of 33,000 square feet of retail/restaurant, 90,000 square feet of office, and a 167-key Hyatt Place hotel.
Additional Eco Group projects include Veranda at Briar Chapel in northern Chatham County, Central Carolina Enterprise Park, a life science manufacturing center in Sanford, NC, and Watercourse and Waterside Apartments in Alamance County.
