MOSAIC’s newest addition, the Hampton Inn & Suites hosted its grand opening Thursday, November 14. Even a rainy day could not keep away 200+ guests from visiting Pittsboro’s first business hotel, for an event including a ribbon cutting, room + amenities tours, live music, an event artist, give aways and food & beverage by Carolina Brewery and Mi Cancun.
Hotel developer BryantCorp fulfilled its promise to work with local artists to decorate the hotel. Guests are immediately greeted with an embellished wall featuring Mark Hewitt’s pottery while hallways and guest rooms are adorned with artists’ prints. The developer’s team partnered with the Chatham Arts Council to make this vision a reality.
BryantCorp President Madison Silvert described the hotel as “distinctively Hampton Inn, yet exclusively Pittsboro” and thanked construction partners Sanford Contractors, Chatham Park’s Bubba Rawl and Tim Smith, and MOSAIC Developers Kirk Bradley and Kevin Scanlon.
“This hotel is all about comradery, and the magic that comes together when you create something special,” said BryantCorp Founder Malcolm Bryant. “We will bring that family touch here.”
