Award-winning Chatham Park was recently selected for Storyliving by Disney’s second location in the United States. The new 1500-acre residential community is named Asteria in honor of North Carolina’s aster flower and the state’s natural beauty.
Plans call for 4,000+ residential units including single-family and multi-family homes, with some homes designated for 55+ adults. MOSAIC welcomes the future residents of Storyliving by Disney, with sales expected to begin in 2027.
Disney’s renowned placemaking will complement Chatham Park’s commitment to open green space and spirit of exploration and learning. Amenities include a wellness and recreation center, restaurant, sport courts, swimming pools, community garden and outdoor space for lawn games, events and fire pits, plus Disney-quality enrichment programming and themed activities.
