An essential member of MOSAIC’s thriving community, Harris & Company opened here in November 2021. With 90+ years of expertise, the independent insurance agency saw Pittsboro’s and Chatham Park’s potential early on.
“We wanted to be where the action is,” said Co-Owner and Vice President Will Harris. “MOSAIC gave us the perfect opportunity to grow within Chatham County.”
Specializing in property and casualty insurance, Harris & Company helps insure MOSAIC’s restaurants, office spaces and residents. They also partner with local businesses, providing essential coverage for property owners and tenants.
Having a front-row seat to the development’s rapid growth excites the Harris & Company team.
“The community has tripled in size since we’ve opened,” said Sales and Marketing Agent Connolly Smith. “MOSAIC’s foot traffic, amenities and events bring so much energy to the campus.”
