The Chatham Chamber of Commerce and Pittsboro community members celebrated the Medley at Northwood Landing Grand Opening, Tuesday, August 6. Chamber President & CEO Tyler Bryant welcomed guests, celebrated Medley’s appeal to various demographics, including young couples, families and retirees, and acknowledged Medley’s investment in the Chamber and Chatham County.
Town of Pittsboro Commissioner Don Foley said, “This is what we love to see. We love to see different strata of people working, playing and living here in Pittsboro.” He recognized Buddy, Carter and Susan Keller of Carolina Commercial Contractors, Kirk Bradley of Lee-Moore Capital, and Chatham Park developers for their collective vision of Pittsboro’s growth.
Following the ribbon cutting, attendees toured the 312-unit garden apartment community, including its spacious floor plans, amenity-rich clubhouse, meeting-ready conference room and resort-style pool, and socialized with refreshments in the clubhouse.
