Just one look at this recent aerial footage, and it’s easy to see that MOSAIC, the entertainment and lifestyle center serving as the gateway to Chatham Park, is well underway. Working with our local partners Sanford Contractors, CE Group and Montgomery Development, progress continues. We anticipate pad-ready sites to be completed by the end of 2019.
Buildings, including Chatham County’s first hotel, will start going up in early 2020, and you can expect to see Mosaic’s first tenants open this time next year. The MOSAIC Event Lawn and Outdoor Stage will be activated Fall 2021.
