Drive by MOSAIC at Chatham Park and you’ll see trucks, cranes and nonstop construction activity. Things are in motion at MOSAIC—three buildings are under construction, with one nearing completion. Two additional foundations are complete, with two more underway.
Site walls are in, and utilities are online. Parking, landscaping and the greenway trail are in progress with some sections completed. Across the street from MOSAIC, we are clearing the way for a new Lowes Foods in Northwood Landing.
