Hops & Berry Expands Menu, Events

Visitors know Hops & Berry Taproom for its 80 self-pour taps and craft cocktail bar, but new dining options bring a taste of the Carolinas to MOSAIC.

Since Hops & Berry opened at MOSAIC, owner TJ Corcoran sought community insight to craft a menu blending tradition with fresh flavors. “We listened to our customers and made changes that focus on a scratch-cooking approach and more local offerings,” says Corcoran.

Locally sourced ingredients and house-made sauces elevate bar bites, like hand-cut fries, tempura-battered chicken and juicy burgers on Pittsboro Bread Shop buns. Smoked pimento cheese and other Southern staples are the perfect companion to a curated selection of local and regional craft brews, wines and liquors.

A full schedule of events offers both MOSAIC residents and visitors entertainment nearly every night of the week, including Monday Trivia, Tuesday Music Bingo, Wednesday Karaoke and live music on weekends. For sports fans, the taproom’s 34-foot video wall offers an immersive gameday experience for every sports season.

Stop in Hops & Berry for a fresh lunch or settle in for a night out — an extensive rotating selection of nitros, ciders, IPAs, and NA options promises something tasty for everyone.
