Since June 2025, Foundations Family Therapy has provided passionate, accessible mental health care to the growing Chatham County community.
“The Pittsboro expansion was part of a vision to better serve a rapidly growing area,” says Office Supervisor Emily Garner. For the practice’s eighth North Carolina location, MOSAIC at Chatham Park was a natural choice. The location aligns with the practice’s goal of meeting families where they live, work and gather.
Garner credits MOSAIC’s responsive staff and welcoming business community with a stress-free opening. Located between Lux Nail.Bar.Spa and Greek Kouzina, the office combines high visibility with a well-designed interior that clients immediately appreciate. “People tell me all the time that they’ve never been in such a pretty therapy office,” Garner says.
Today, the practice offers therapy for families, couples, individuals, teens and children, including convenient teletherapy options. As the practice continues to grow, the team is currently hiring and welcoming new clients. They accept all major insurance plans.
