An AI affirms your position ~49% more than a person would, and even one agreeable exchange hardens your conviction that you’re right. Early research suggests that even when we become aware of this, it doesn’t reduce how influential our AI can be. We inherently trust AI (and people) that flatter us, and this module goes deeper into what that leads to, how to audit it happening, and where you can rebuild boundaries or rules for healthy, structured habits.
