Welcome to the 79°West Breakfast Club – our laid-back take on the predictable morning networking event happening every month. Enjoy live acoustic music, a full breakfast, and free coworking until 5pm.
In April, we’re featuring Kirk Bradley, who serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Lee-Moore Capital. He is active in the development of 79°West’s home, MOSAIC at Chatham Park, a 750,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project. Additionally, he is involved in several industrial development projects at CC Enterprise Park, Triangle Innovation Point, and Mid State Development Center.
He also serves on several non-profit boards, including as Vice-Chair for the NC Innovation Board of Directors, Sanford Area Growth Alliance Board of Directors, Lee County Education Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Club of Central Carolina Foundation.
Additionally, he serves on the Board of Governors for the UNC System and chairs the Committee on Budget and Finance. For his dedication and record of extraordinary service to the state of North Carolina, Kirk was presented with the Order of the Long Leaf Pine award in 2000.
