79°West: Breakfast Club
May 5 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Welcome to the 79°West Monthly Breakfast Club – our laid-back take on the predictable morning networking event happening every month. Enjoy live acoustic music, a full breakfast, and free coworking until 5pm.
In May, we’re featuring Victor Czar, who is the Assistant City Manager for the City of Sanford and the driving force behind one of the most significant regional infrastructure achievements in recent NC history. A NCSU trained engineer, Czar has served the City of Sanford since 1990, holding positions of City Engineer and Public Works Director before rising to Assistant City Manager. In that role, he oversaw the creation of TriRiver Water, the utility now serving both Lee and Chatham counties.
TriRiver Water has already helped unlock major economic development, including water and sewer infrastructure supporting the Wolfspeed semiconductor manufacturing facility in Siler City. By removing one of the most fundamental constraints on growth, Victor Czar’s work has positioned the region to accommodate new housing, commercial investment, and large-scale industry for generations to come.
